Exciting times here!!

McKenzie took her first steps recently. Such fun! She is also really beginning to communicate with us. She still speaks her own gibberish language, but some of the sign language is starting to come through. McKenzie also sees her first day of daycare tomorrow. I'm sure we'll all be sick by the end of the week, but it'll be good for her. I guess that's it for now. Hope all is well.

We went to a Diamondbacks game last Saturday, and McKenzie got her first game ball. Very exciting. Now we just need to get it signed.

Again, thanks to Anna and Kevin for the walker. This is just an edited version of her stroll around the kitchen. She traveled around the island, and back down the hall (twice). I think she is just happy to be moving. Enjoy!

7 months

Here are a few more shots of the last month or so. McKenzie is now 7 months and growing way too fast. Last night, she made some improvements in the crawling front. Not moving yet, but she is starting to lift herself up onto her knees. On her back however, she will scooch right along. She been standing for some time now, making me think she'll skip the crawling, but we'll see. I think she is just anxious to get moving.

At least Purdue's basketball team is doing MUCH better than their football team this year.
