Again, thanks to Anna and Kevin for the walker. This is just an edited version of her stroll around the kitchen. She traveled around the island, and back down the hall (twice). I think she is just happy to be moving. Enjoy!

7 months

Here are a few more shots of the last month or so. McKenzie is now 7 months and growing way too fast. Last night, she made some improvements in the crawling front. Not moving yet, but she is starting to lift herself up onto her knees. On her back however, she will scooch right along. She been standing for some time now, making me think she'll skip the crawling, but we'll see. I think she is just anxious to get moving.

At least Purdue's basketball team is doing MUCH better than their football team this year.

6 months and a little bit.

Seeing the day to day developments can seem slow at times, but when I step back, I realize McKenzie is growing fast. She is sitting up on her own, standing up holding onto my fingers, eating solid foods, and jumping like crazy in her jumper. She is definitely becoming her own little person. Good times!

Christmas shots!

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. We sure enjoyed ourselves in Austin this year. McKenzie finally got to meet her cousin, Kieran. Very cute together, I must say. I was over excited to get a new camera for Christmas this year, so I've obviously been taking more pictures than I've been posting. I'm almost up to 300 just since Christmas, but here are a few that I liked. Happy New Year to all.

Hello again!

We are getting very excited for Christmas. We are doing a gift exchange here in Phoenix with Samantha's family this weekend, and then off to Austin. It'll be McKenzie's first trip on an airplane and first time meeting her cousin Kieran. See his blog http://www.thebutlerfamilyblog.blogspot.com

Since our last post, McKenzie has had a four month checkup in which she is now 12 lb 13 oz and about 25 inches long. Not sure if I've posted that. Here are a few recent shots in some cute clothes. Hope you enjoy.
